| Scope of Work: |
To meet the Owner's expanding business a 5000
sq. ft. addition was added to their existing pre-engineered
building. Additional office, warehouse and production space
was provided. The addition was of conventional design
which included architectural concrete block, metal cladding
and 50' clear span joist c/w metal decking, insulation and EPDM roof membrane.
Note: The original pre-engineered building was
constructed by the same principals through an affiliated
company. |
